To know what the customer wants and deliver them will undeniably be the ultimate aim of every soap base manufacturer.
On this basis, we fully subscribe to invest in soap finishing pilot plants that will enable us to simulate our customer's process,
understanding their problems and requirements eventually assisting us in customising our base to meet these requirements.
As with the ever-growing demands of our customers, our facilities have increased and we now have three pilot plant units.
We urge our customers to take advantage of our offers to conduct formulation and processing evaluations to assist them to develop their product.
In most cases, the evaluation is initiated right from the supply chain - the raw materials to developmental work involve laboratory-scale
and pilot plant formulation trials. Successful formulations will then be tried on commercial soap manufacturing plants.

The processing and formulation trials are usually initiated as laboratory-scale preparations to allow maximum flexibility in formulation whilst maintaining a low research cost. To have successful results, the support facility for such trials require several critical factors that include availability of raw material, additives and processing equipment.
These trials also act as the first level of product feasibility screening whereby from the trials one can predict if at all the formulation would work in the subsequent steps of production. Whilst the trials provide means for the customer to conduct some feasibility study, input from them will provide a good learning opportunity, this is particularly true in collaborative studies in product development. Following trials involve laboratory-scale pilot finishing plants. Running the soap through these pilot lines provide a glimpse of processing behaviour of the soap base in the finishing line with or without additives.
The quality of the final soap tablets can be confirmed with quantitative or consumer tests or for benchmarking purposes.
